  • The dress code for our wedding is black-tie preferred. When we say "black-tie preferred," we highly encourage guests to dress in their finest attire to complement the special night of our wedding celebration. We look forward to seeing you all looking your best and joining us in celebrating this special day in style.

  • The ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly request that all guests plan to arrive at 3:30 PM to ensure a smooth and timely start. Arriving a little earlier will provide ample time for everyone to find their seats, get settled, and enjoy the pre-ceremony ambiance and champagne.

  • The wedding venue, Bourne Mansion, is located at 500 Montauk Highway, Gate # 2. Oakdale, NY 11769.

    For guests planning on staying at the Hyatt Regency (1717 Motor Pkwy, Hauppauge, NY 11788), we have arranged for convenient shuttle transportation to ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey to the ceremony.

    The shuttle service will be available for guests staying at the hotel and will depart from the hotel promptly at 3:00 PM, allowing for a comfortable travel time to the Bourne Mansion. The approximate driving time between the hotel and the venue is around 20 minutes.

    At the end of the night, shuttle service will be provided to transport guests back to the Hyatt Regency-Long Island, allowing you to relax and enjoy the festivities without any concerns about transportation logistics.

    For guests not staying at the hotel, we recommend utilizing private transportation options such as ride-sharing services, or arranging your own transportation to the Bourne Mansion.

  • Yes, we have made arrangements to provide valet parking at the Bourne Mansion for your convenience. Upon arrival, valet attendants will be available to assist you with parking your vehicle.

  • We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photographs during the ceremony. We have arranged for professional photographers to capture all the special moments of the day, including the ceremony. This allows us to ensure that everyone can fully immerse themselves in the moment and experience the joyous occasion without any distractions.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring this request. Let's embrace the ceremony together and create lasting memories that will be beautifully preserved by our dedicated photography team.

Accomodations

  • The hotel block group reservation has expired on November 10. To reserve a hotel room past this date, you can book directly at the Hyatt Regency Long Island.

  • Sadly, we will not be streaming our ceremony virtually. We understand that circumstances may prevent some guests from attending the wedding in person, and we plan to share photographs and memories afterwards.

    We are grateful for your presence in our hearts and thoughts on this special day.

Food & Beverage

  • During cocktail hour, there will be passed hors d'oeuvres, a carving station, pasta, and a charcuterie board. This will be followed by a three-course plated dinner and dessert.

  • The best way to communicate your dietary restrictions or allergies is to include it on the RSVP form. Please provide details about your dietary restrictions, such as specific ingredients to avoid or any specific dietary preferences you have.

  • Absolutely! Whether you prefer a refreshing glass of wine, a cold beer, or a perfectly crafted cocktail, the open bar will be ready to quench your thirst. Cheers!

  • For those staying at the hotel, we invite you to join us for a delightful brunch the next day, on Sunday, December 10th. The brunch will take place from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

    This will be a relaxed and casual gathering.
