The Bourne Mansion

The Bourne Mansion in Oakdale, New York, was built in 1897 by Frederick Gilbert Bourne, president of the Singer Sewing Machine Company, as his summer residence. Today, the mansion is a beautifully restored event venue, hosting weddings and special events.

Free Hotel Shuttle to and from Venue

For guests staying at the Hyatt Regency, we have arranged for convenient shuttle transportation to the ceremony.

The shuttle will depart from the hotel promptly at 3:00 PM. The approximate driving time between the hotel and the venue is around 20 minutes. The shuttle will make multiple trips for any guests arriving after the ceremony.

At the end of the night, shuttle service will be provided to transport guests back to the Hyatt Regency-Long Island, allowing you to relax and enjoy the festivities without any concerns about transportation logistics.

To get to the Bourne Mansion from NYC, take the LIRR from Penn Station. You can take these lines: Babylon, Far Rockaway, Port Jefferson, or Ronkonkoma. Transfer at the Jamaica stop to the Montauk line and continue until you reach the Oakdale stop. Upon arriving at Oakdale, a quick 4-minute taxi ride will take you directly to the Bourne Mansion or a 15-minute taxi ride will take you to the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
