We met in college on Halloween night of 2015. Little did we know that 8 years later, we would be standing at the altar.
One day on campus, we bumped into each other on the way to study at the library and suddenly found ourselves meeting there daily. Almost instantaneously, Solana was drawn in by Aidan's calmness, while Aidan couldn't resist Solana's creative and whimsical nature. We quickly bonded over our love of eating good food and spotting cute dogs on campus. Our time spent at the library never felt like enough. One semester, Aidan reconfigured his entire schedule to take a psychology class with Solana. Who needs calculus when you've got love, right? Any time we had available, we found a way to see each other. It was undeniable, we had fallen in love.
It wasn’t long before we moved in together and adopted a handsome black puggle, Gus. The three of us formed a beautiful family and had many adventures in Maryland. In 2020, we moved to New York City where we discovered a love that thrived in the face of chaos. It has been 8 years after our first encounter and not much has changed; Aidan still has his feet on the ground and Solana keeps her head in the clouds. The perfect balance.
As we stand here today, ready to step into a future filled with boundless possibilities, we carry within us the blessings of love, family, and cherished memories. We are forever grateful for that fateful Halloween night in 2015.
